📌 How does crypto escrow actually work here? Walkthrough for first-timers
Writing this up because a few people asked. When you buy with crypto: you get an address, an exact amount and a reference code. You send it, paste the transaction id, and the order flips to "funded". The seller sees it is funded but cannot touch the money. They ship with tracking. When it arrives you click "received in good condition" and the money goes to the seller's wallet. If it does not arrive or is broken, you open a dispute and a moderator looks at the messages and decides. If you forget to click, it auto-releases after the review window so sellers are not stuck forever. Trades (item for item) have no escrow, so use the message thread and ship at the same time.

Worth adding: until the admin configures real escrow wallets, the crypto flow runs in a clearly-labelled demo mode so you can test it end to end with nothing real moving.
As a seller: add your payout wallets in Settings before you list anything or the release has nowhere to go.
